The Famous La Fee Absinthe eye
The Famous La Fee Absinthe eye

Following their work on reviving the modern absinthe market the guys at La Fée now distil an absinthe for every palate and occasion - La Fée is currently distilled in Paris, France, Pontarlier, France, Couvet, Val-de-Travers, Switzlerland and south of Prague in the Czech Republic.

La Fée Absinthe Parisienne

Traditional absinthe distilled in Paris with the French museum and the first traditional absinthe distilled in France after the bans of 1915.

La Fée Parisienne was created behind closed doors with the help of the French Absinthe museum, world renowned absinthe historian, Marie-Claude Delahaye and a Parisian distillery that produced absinthe before the ban of 1915. Wormwood and other fine herbs are distilled using traditional methods. La Fée Absinthe Parisian is the only absinthe authenticated by the museum and Madame Delahaye, to this day every batch continues to be personally approved. Madame Delahaye describes La Fée Parisienne; ‘La Fée captures the aroma and taste that great writers such as Rimbaud, Toulous-Lautrec and Vincent Van Gogh enjoyed at the end of the 19th Century.'

La Fée Absinth Bohemian

As absinthe began to take off La Fée could not overlook the contemporary style Bohemian absinth (spelt without and 'e' - the perfect modern day cocktail ingredient. La Fée Bohemian is distilled south of Prague capturing the essence of the Velvet Revolution of 1989 and is a popular addition to ‘style bars’ around the world due to its distinctive colour. It makes a fantastic cocktail ingredient due to it containing less anise than traditional French absinthe.

La Fée Absinthe X•S Suisse and X•S Française

In 2004 La Fée began to search for the ultimate extra superior absinthe and what better place to start than the birth place and home land of absinthe, the Val-de-Travers and Pontarlier . La Fée teamed up with two of the most highly regarded distillers in France and Switzerland to produce the superior La Fée X•S range: two premier wine-based absinthes that are hand-crafted using original recipes and methods and a wine alcohol base.
